Diagnosed in 2005 with psoriasis, which is basically inflamed sore skin, I visited numerous doctors and was given several topical medicines. The prescriptions just burned or irritated my skin more, plus they were very costly. I became desperate and determined to find something to help my psoriasis. I wanted something that was natural, chemical free and affordable.

I researched natural remedies and became intrigued with making my own natural blends. I have to admit that I was not a believer in natural remedies. My first attempt with Mango Butter mixed with Aloe Vera made 75% of my psoriasis disappear in just 3 days! Wait a minute. Something actually worked?! I was amazed.

I researched the highest quality raw materials and where to get them. When I saw the price tag on some of these ingredients, I decided to learn to grow some of them myself. Then I learned how to infuse them to help bring down the cost. After a few years of trying products on myself and reformulating where necessary, I gave products to family and friends. When they began bringing me orders, Skinnami Organic Skin Care was born.
